The firm founded in the latest 50 with the company's name MAPLASTICK snc has specialized in the injection moulding of thermoplastic components and in the 1991 the firm changed the business name in MCM PLAST srl when the new production departments was opened ( 1500 mts of covered area over 5000 square mts ).

Besides the moulding with the most modern technologies we are able to provide assembly, serigraphy/tampon printing's service and to cooperate with customers for the planning and details' study to make mould. M.C.M. has a complete software for the integrated management of the orders, of the production and of the quality which allows us to know in real time updated situation reducting the reaction time to customers.

The productions, completely automated with robot, are carried out by 13 presses Arburg, Negri Bossi and Sandretto with closing forces ranging from 60 to  260 tonnes, all computerized guaranteed production process and high quality of the items.

We employ  a central dehumidification system with an automatical system of polymers transport. 

Recently the firm has installed a photovoltaic system which provides a significant self-production of electrical energy .

Our organisation of work allows maximum production flexibility, from little to big lots, and when open orders or forecast budgets run to produce in advance and to delivery on demand.
